Our security measures are reviewed and updated in line with technological developments.
The security of your account also depends on you. If you have a password for accessing certain parts of the Website, it is your responsibility to keep it confidential and not share it with anyone.
While we strive to protect your personal data, transmission over the internet is never completely secure. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of privacy settings or security measures on the Website.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users’ personal identification information. However, we may share your data in specific circumstances, such as:

We share personal data with third parties only in limited situations, including:
- When you have permitted us to share your data
- When providing products or services to you, or notifying you of important changes to those services

- For account verification, including where we instruct financial institutions or verification providers
Account Verification and Biometric Data
We may ask you to provide an image or identification document to help verify your identity. To do this, we may use third-party providers (such as Sumsub) that employ facial recognition technologies to compare your selfie with your identification document. These providers may process biometric data and share verification results with us.
Biometric data is stored by the third-party provider in accordance with its own privacy policy and by us only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or for up to 3 years from your last interaction with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Other Important Information
Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of minors is especially important. We do not knowingly collect or maintain information from individuals under 18 years of age, and no part of our Website is designed to attract individuals under 18.
If you are under 18, please do not use the Website or provide any information about yourself (including name, address, telephone number, email, or username). If you believe we may have information from or about a child under 18, please contact us at **[email protected]**.
Do-Not-Track Signals
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. Because no consistent industry standard currently exists regarding how websites should respond, our Website does not currently act on these signals. If a clear standard emerges, we will review our approach.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. Where required by law, we will notify you and, if necessary, obtain your consent.
Any changes will become effective once the updated Privacy Policy is posted on our Website. We encourage you to review this page regularly to stay informed about how we protect the personal information we collect.
